Tenative Commercial Rates
- Before an application is submitted to our facility, a diligent effort should be made to place the property in the standard market.
- Coverage with our facility was not sought based on lower rates, reduced values, or because of the terms of the contract.
- A full explanation to the insured/applicant that the coverage (with our facility) is being placed with an insurance company that provides an inferior policy to that which is found in the standard market and have described the details and conditions of the limited coverages provided by this type of policy.
Electronic Application Submissions Now Available
Agents with an active account (with our facility) can now easily submit applications through our website via Docusign. This feature is not available for potential insureds – the applications must be completed by a Missouri licensed agent.
